Alan
Chelman is the founder of Coast Fire Equipment Inc. in Livermore,
California. Coast Fire Equipment has been in business for 20 years
and has expanded to over 10 employees. Mr. Chelman serviced his first
fire extinguisher when he was 4 years old. As a professional company
with an excellent reputation for servicing, as well as selling, fire
equipment in Northern California, Coast Fire Equipment is also one of
the few fire equipment companies that recycle and hydro test fire
extinguishers. Mr. Chelman holds a number of certifications some of
which include NFPA Member, DOT Certification, Certified Foam
